Choose Life

watch video here

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!
Psalm 139:13-17

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
Proverbs 31: 8-9

My fellow photographer and friend, Kelly Moore Clark, took the liberty and risk to post

the above on her website. I am following and standing with her to try and make a difference

if even for just one life…

Prettiest Eyes I’ve ever seen…

The Dallas Police headquarters for the equestrian division is at the
fair grounds
and these horses are about the most pampered
animals you will ever see!

No, I’m not a French poodle~ but a Silke hen!~

Big Tex wore a yellow shirt this year instead of plaid !

Wildwood Inn

Wildwood Inn B & B in Denton was a great location for the
workshop I attended the other day. Here are some photos
of the location as well as the model who posed!

My 1st CD Cover

Holly Newton, a friend from church asked me to shoot a few photos of her for a cd she was working on. A few hundred photos later, and two days of shooting, made for a hard decision! But her production company chose this one, my favorite of them all for the cover!
She also used lot’s of the photos from the two days of shooting
on her blog and various sites!
Here is a link to her

Holga Horses

Last weekend, Mane Gait, an equestrian center for children, had a fund raiser dinner. This is a relatively new center with lots going on for it already! I went with my friend,Nancy to drop off a few photo donations and we got a tour of the barns and houses. I love my Holga and the effects it has on what i see, and here is a little story of our visit that day!

Several weeks ago, my old friend and worker bee, Bernice, moved back to Dallas, with her daughter, Isabel. Bernice
handled all of our shipping and customer service when
we had our company, Sir Alec. Her family came here from
South Africa to study at a Bible college in Dallas.
I hired her while she was in high school~! She and Isabel
came by to visit and of course
i wrangled Isabel into a
photo shoot with props~ I have this silly hat
I bought in Canton, and even though it was a little too small,
she wore it anyway! Isn’t she beautiful?
