you can! Yes, Mr. Seth allowed me to snap his dapper
photo yesterday at the Antique and Vintage Jewelery show
in Grapevine. Yes, Mr Sheet metal worker, Seth. I think
he looks smashing in his kilt and what better place to sport
such an outfit than with a bunch of vintage, jewels, clothes,
cowboy boots and what ever!

Hico, Tx here we come! another Homestead event!

Nancy and I head out to Hico in the morning to
Homestead’s great flea market and show on the square~!
so much fun last spring, we can’t wait to see what all
we find! Will get to see our friends Linda and Ludmil
from Willow Nest Farm and lot’s of others! Peacock Alley
had a fabulous airstream all done up in it’s finest
so hope they are there again as well… you should stop
by, it is Friday and Saturday!~

Chase Hall Trunk Show Monday Sept 12, 5-9

The Dallas PPA (professional photographers of america)
had it’s annual Little Red Schoolhouse in Salado this
year rather than Waco. I have always loved Salado and
welcomed the opportunity to stay in a B & B there, one
which i have photographed many times from the road…

The Dance Hall at Gruene, Texas

I made a side trip on my way home from Austin on Monday
and got to go inside this historic dance hall, the oldest in
Texas! I love how neat and tiddy all the shops and landscaping
are in Gruene it is a pretty immaculate little town!

Watch out Austin Texas the Dallas PPA Ladies retreat is coming!

Back in July, yes way back when, the ladies from the Dallas PPA went on our second annual ladies retreat! We headed down
to Austin for 2 days of shopping, taking photos and just hanging out at the B& B! Not being much of a shopper, Cindy and I
went to the Oasis, to see an old friend of hers on Lake Travis at his new house, and on to Dripping Springs for the scenery!
The others went to New Braunfels to shop at the outlet mall, and you should have seen all they came back with!
I had a ticket to go to see Glenn Hansard from the movie i love so much, Once, sing with Sam Moon from Iron and Wine. It
was at the Palladium downtown Austin so i had fun taking some photos of the interior of this historic building~

I spent the evening with the Violin Guy… well, sort of.

The Gracious Stoneleigh Hotel

Yesterday, I had a photo shoot with Deborah and we had

so much fun discovering about 5 different locations to
shoot in~! My favorite was the beautiful, remodeled
Stoneleigh Hotel lobby. What a beautiful, elegant place
this is and the manager was so gracious in giving us
the chance to use this wonderful historic landmark
for our afternoon shoot~!
